How do you guarantee the level and quality of service?

To maintain and continuously improve our high quality of service, Business Lease does a survey amongst its customer's fleet coordinators, and drivers.

  1. Customers Satisfaction Survey (CSS) is submitted annually to fleet coordinators
  2. Driver Satisfaction Survey (DSS) is done after every event, such as tire change, after an accident, or garage visit,… with a maximum of 1x 6 months.

These surveys give us insight in areas of improvement and show us where our customers need more attention. This process and the inherent actions are centrally coordinated and overseen, so that all actions are followed up. Our overall NPS score (Nett Promotor Score) of 2023 was 40. The survey was executed by IPSOS.

As concluded from our regular CSS, DSS scores amongst our customers, we are used to deliver a high quality standard with a good value for money.
